Sotoportego dei Oresi 65 San Polo
In a small workshop in the Sottoportico degli Orafi (the Goldsmiths’ Arcade at the foot of the western side of the Rialto bridge), brothers Stefano and Daniele have created a brand of handmade jewellery and small items for the home. Their bracelets, necklaces, earrings, brooches, lamps, candleholders and other articles are made of threads of silver (or other hypoallergenic metals) which hold antique Murano glass beads.
Their items are more or less “crowded” depending on whether they want to emphasize the value of particularly precious beads, or (as in the case of the conterie, the smaller Murano beads), they are conceived to create vibrant textures or clusters of glass. The creations of the Attombri brothers have embellished haute couture by Romeo Gigli and Dolce & Gabbana.
