The name derives from the presence of two proverbs that were inscribed on the cornices of two balconies on a house that has since been demolished. The first said: “He who sows thorns should not go barefoot” and the second: “Tell me about yourself, then tell me about myself”. Notice the various paterae and coats of arms on the walls of an ancient palazzo, today a hotel.
